# Privacy Policy

**Draft.** This page has not yet been reviewed by counsel or adopted by the Board. It describes how this website works today and will be replaced by an approved version.

## Who we are

This website is operated by the Trucking And Logistics Alliance of America (“TLAA”). Questions about this policy can be sent to [it@thetlaa.org](mailto:it@thetlaa.org).

## What we collect

When you submit the expression of interest form, we receive what you enter: your organization, your name, your email address, the membership class you are interested in, and anything you write about your company. We also record when the form was sent.

The form does not ask for payment details or government identification, and you should not send them through it.

## How we use it

We use your submission to contact you about membership and to organize the founding membership of the association. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

## Who can see it

Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are available to the association officers and committee members responsible for membership.

## How long we keep it

We keep a submission while it is needed to respond to you and to organize founding membership. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

## Cookies and analytics

We do not use cookies for advertising or to follow you across other websites. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the site from automated abuse, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that purpose. Its request logs for this site, which include the IP address and the browser or client identification (User-Agent) of each request, are kept for up to 3 days.

## Software agents that register

Registering an AI agent is optional; the agent endpoints work without it. When an agent registers, we keep a random registration identifier, an optional name the agent gives itself, a one-way hash of its secret, keyed one-way hashes of the network and the wider address block it registered from (or, for agents hosted on Cloudflare Workers, of the Cloudflare zone that runs them), the autonomous system number and country the request came from, its User-Agent, and when it was created. The registration record holds no IP address and no access token. Like every request to this site, an agent's registration, token and other requests also appear in our hosting provider's request logs described above, including the IP address and User-Agent, for up to 3 days. Our own log lines add the registration identifier, network hash, autonomous system number and country when an agent registers, and the registration identifier and network hash when a registered request is refused. We use this only to run rate limits and to identify and stop abusive agents, including suspending registrations from a network for up to 30 days. Registrations are deleted 30 days after they end.

## Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us by writing to [it@thetlaa.org](mailto:it@thetlaa.org).

## Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top.
